Refund Policy

Please note that The Art Barbers does not accept returns due to a change of mind. Our refund and return policy is applicable under the following circumstances:

1. Faulty or Damaged Product:

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with our customer service team. Provide them with detailed descriptions and photographs of the issue so that we can resolve it for you promptly.

Please remember: Do not dispose of the item until you have contacted our Customer Service team and received a response. Failure to do so will make you ineligible for a refund or replacement.

The Art Barbers will provide a refund or replacement as required by law for all faulty and damaged returns. When returning the package to our head office, you will receive a free returns label.

Please understand that in the case of faulty goods, we need to contact our suppliers and follow a specific procedure. We appreciate your patience during the investigation, and we will provide you with an update as soon as possible.

 

2. Skin Reactions and Allergy Issues:

If you experience a skin reaction or allergy to one of our products, discontinue its use immediately. Contact our customer service team and provide them with photos and a description of the issue.

Please note: The Art Barbers may offer a refund if you have an allergy to a product and have used less than 25% of it.

Similar to faulty items, we need to contact our suppliers and follow a specific procedure for any reactions or allergy issues. Please bear with us as we investigate the matter, and we will provide you with a timely response.

 

3. Incorrect or Missing Item Received:

If you are missing an item or have received the wrong product, take a photo of the incorrect item or what you have received, and send it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery.
